Kristen Mulholland is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for global talent, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, compensation, benefits, employee relations and all aspects of the human resources agenda for Johnson & Johnson. Kristen is a member of the Executive Committee, Compensation Committee and HR Digital Council, and Chair of the Pension and Benefits.
Since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2005, Kristen has held several global HR leadership positions across the company including in MedTech, Innovative Medicine, Corporate Functions and Corporate HR Services. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Total Rewards and Enterprise Functions, working to enhance Johnson & Johnson’s commitment to creating a culture of caring, learning and inclusion, and establish benefits programs that support mental, physical, emotional and financial well-being.
Kristen is an advocate for purpose-filled careers and talent development, and is passionate about the impact of technology and digitization on the company and its people. Kristen is a co-founder of Johnson & Johnson’s Military Veteran Leadership Development Program, supporting efforts to attract, retain and develop veteran talent and support veterans and their families in the workplace and in the community.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Kristen spent more than 15 years in consulting and healthcare industry positions at Ernst & Young and Eli Lilly and Company.
Kristen earned a master’s degree in organizational development from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree in political economics and German from Tulane University.
