Kristen Mulholland is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for global talent, recruiting, inclusion, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and all aspects of the human resources agenda for Johnson & Johnson. Kristen is a member of the Executive Committee, Compensation Committee and HR Digital Council, and Chair of the Pension and Benefits Committee.
Since joining J&J in 2005, Kristen has held several global HR leadership positions across the Company, including in MedTech, Innovative Medicine, Corporate Functions, and Corporate HR Services. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Total Rewards and HR for Enterprise Functions, working to enhance J&J’s commitment to creating a culture of caring, learning, and inclusion, and establish benefits programs that support mental, physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
Kristen is an advocate for purpose-filled careers and talent development and is passionate about the impact of technology and digitization on the Company and its people. Kristen is a co-founder of the Johnson & Johnson Military Veteran Leadership Development Program, supporting efforts to attract, retain, and develop veteran talent and support veterans and their families in the workplace and in the community.
Prior to joining J&J, Kristen spent more than 15 years in consulting and healthcare industry positions at Ernst & Young and Eli Lilly and Company.
Kristen earned a master’s in organizational development from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s in political economics and German from Tulane University.
