Introducing J&J CareCommunity
Happy World Health Worker Week! This week, we celebrate health workers and join with the global community to drive awareness for more investment in the health workforce.
We are proud to stand with health workers around the world in all the ways they deliver care—as healers, mentors, leaders, problem solvers, and so much more. It’s in this spirit that we are proud to launch J&J CareCommunity—our new global social impact platform to accelerate support for health workers and close the gaps between communities and the care they need.
For healthcare to work, it takes health workers—especially nurses and community health workers (CHWs), who are the backbone of our health systems. J&J CareCommunity brings together resources across our company to advance access to quality care by championing nurses and CHWs.
Built on our long legacy of supporting health workers, J&J CareCommunity reaffirms our commitment to support a thriving global health workforce and improve health outcomes for people and communities all around the world.
