Charmaine is an international leader with two decades’ experience in executive roles across Australia, the UK, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore. She was appointed as Area Managing Director for Consumer Health Northern Europe in 2021.
With a proven track record of driving growth, Charmaine brings an external, customer-centric mindset. Starting her career at Unilever, where she spent seventeen years as a senior leader, she went on to executive roles at Lion (Kirin), and Pact Group Holdings, before joining Johnson & Johnson in 2019 as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand.
Charmaine believes that high-performing, collaborative teams are the key to success. As a leader, she invests in creating an inclusive, transparent environment, so that that every colleague can bring their best self to work, every day.
With a long-held passion for diversity, she formerly headed the Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific Women’s Leadership and Inclusion group and spends time mentoring future leaders.
Charmaine holds a Batchelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
