Be, feel, do your best: Employee benefits

At Johnson & Johnson, we aspire to change the trajectory of health for humanity, and our goal is to lead by example, cultivating the world’s healthiest workforce. We have many programmes in place to help us achieve that goal across many facets of our employees’ lives – not just in the office but also outside of it.

At Johnson & Johnson, we know that our mission of helping people around the globe live longer, healthier, and happier lives starts with caring for our own workforce. Inspired by Our Credo, we have a 100+ year legacy of improving and sustaining the health and wellness of our employees. And we continue to believe that caring for the health and well-being of our employees is good for the health of our business and ultimately the health of families, customers and patients everywhere. It’s not only about carrying out risk analyses and preventive care programs to assure the fully integrated protection of employees at the workplace.

We offer innovative benefits to enable our employees and their families to receive the support they need to maintain physical, mental and financial well-being. Just some of our benefits on offer in the UK are detailed below.
