Employee business resource groups

Johnson & Johnson’s Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups formed to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion across J&J. They are inclusive and accessible to all employees, offering opportunities to participate, learn, and contribute regardless of background.

EBRGs work together to collectively shape our Credo-based culture, add global insights, knowledge, and needs, and drive business impact. By connecting business objectives with employee needs, EBRGs serve as vital enablers of workplace collaboration, innovation, and organizational success.
