Talent for Good – how we get involved

Talent for Good engages Johnson & Johnson employees at all career stages to make a meaningful impact on society. Each employee has the opportunity to take up to four paid volunteer days each year to contribute their time and skills, making a real difference in the communities we serve while experiencing personal and professional growth.

Local skills-based volunteering

Skills-based volunteering gives our employees the chance to support our NGO partners with their knowledge and expertise while contributing to local impact in Switzerland. Skills-based volunteering means leveraging the specialized skills and talents of individuals to strengthen the infrastructure of non-profits, helping them build and sustain their capacity to successfully achieve their missions.

Community Month

The Johnson & Johnson Community Month is the largest Talent for Good program in Switzerland. Every September, employees have the opportunity to get involved with local projects and charitable organizations, allowing them to support the local community while contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

I am truly grateful for the chance to give back to the local communities that support us and to work alongside colleagues from our company. Coming together to make a difference has not only strengthened our bonds but also reminded me of the power of collective action in creating lasting change.
