Polymechanic EFZ

Our apprentices report on their apprenticeship...

“Most of the time, my workday starts with cleaning up and tidying the machines, since we use them to produce the most precise parts. The daily routine, on the other hand, is very varied, as a wide variety of works are produced, such as body implants. I have a very good relationship with my fellow apprentices and I feel very comfortable in the team. Spatial imagination, logical thinking and mathematics are subjects that accompany me every day. During my apprenticeship I learned to turn, drill and mill with the CNC machine (Computerized Numerical Control - machine tool). Johnson & Johnson is a company with a lot of apprenticeships, development and advancement opportunities and I am grateful to be a part of the Johnson & Johnson family.”
