Partnerships – for a lasting impact

To address local health and societal challenges and to support marginalized and vulnerable populations, we are partnering with different local organizations to co-create solutions and find ways of collaborating for a sustainable impact in Switzerland.

Our partnerships

Capacity

Capacity is a Zürich-based NGO dedicated to addressing employment challenges faced by refugees and migrants in Switzerland, helping highly skilled individuals secure meaningful jobs in Switzerland. Our partnership supports the launch of the Access Program, focused on labor market integration. In response to the Ukraine refugee crisis, we expanded our collaboration to help Capacity launch the Access Fast Track program, enabling quicker integration.

Save the Children

As a leading independent children’s rights organization, Save the Children has been working specifically for the rights of children since 1919. In Switzerland and around the world, they give children a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. In our partnership, we focus on empowering refugee parents in Switzerland, recognizing their vital role in their children’s development and well-being.

Special Olympics Switzerland

Special Olympics is the world’s largest sports organization dedicated to people with intellectual disabilities, working to create a more inclusive and accepting world. Their mission closely aligns with Johnson & Johnson’s values. Together with Special Olympics Switzerland, we are committed to fostering a culture of acceptance and empowering individuals to thrive.

Swiss Red Cross - Support for Caring Relatives

The Swiss Red Cross (SRC) is Switzerland’s oldest and largest humanitarian organization, dedicated to helping people in need in health, integration, and rescue efforts, both nationwide and in other countries. We partner through “respite for caregiving relatives” - the program aims to provide support and build resiliency by offering private caregivers who care for relatives a chance to recover and build their skills through relief hours, education and peer-to-peer support. We also collaborate at the cantonal level through various volunteering initiatives.
