Maintenance Specialist EFZ

As an EFZ maintenance specialist, you will monitor building services, carry out repairs, look after green areas, maintain machines, carry out minor repairs to equipment, dispose of waste and take on administrative tasks. In addition, you plan and control work processes, check stock levels and reorder materials where necessary, maintain and clean buildings and their surroundings, and also ensure that environmental protection and occupational safety regulations are complied with.

Duration: 3 years
Graduation: Federal certificate of proficiency for maintenance specialists (EFZ)
Previous education: Compulsory schooling with basic requirements completed
