“ICT specialists are experts who work with a wide range of information and communication technologies in the company. Their day-to-day work includes tasks such as installing and configuring user terminals and ensuring the operation of network infrastructures. Another of my tasks is to identify customer needs, to act quickly and to instruct the users. I create user manuals and in the case of technical problems I exchange ideas with my team and then implement the solution found. To ensure trouble-free operation, I make a significant contribution to success with my sense of responsibility.”
