Design Engineer EFZ

As an EFZ design engineer, you calculate the materials and components for technical devices and machines. You draw and label detailed plans that show exactly how everything is assembled. You list all the required parts and discuss your plans with other specialists to ensure that everything works. Your work creates new products and machines that make our everyday lives easier and drive the economy forward.

Duration: 4 years
Qualification: Federal Certificate of Competence in Design Engineering EFZ
Previous education: Compulsory schooling with basic requirements completed
